Savoy Hotel - Cologne

The location was super convenient, right near the main train station. The room was spacious and really comfortable. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The decor in the hotel felt modern and stylish, with a touch of artistic flair. I loved the ambiance of the common areas. The breakfast had a good variety but felt overpriced at 30 euros per person. One of the downsides was the lack of coffee in the room, unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The area outside didn't feel particularly safe at night. I enjoyed my stay but hoped for some improvements in room amenities and neighborhood security.

The location made it easy to explore the Rhine and enjoy the Xmas market. The hotel offered a great lounge area, and the super nice team. Just so you know, parking was efficient, and the room was really comfortable. Definitely recommend skipping breakfast, as it didn't seem worth it at 30 euros.

One downside was the lack of electrical outlets by the bed. It was a bit inconvenient for charging our phones at night without having to crawl around.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and fashionable and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The setting was quite great within easy reach of a Roman - Catholic cathedral. Staff was super amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating.

The shower design is downright frustrating, with just partial glass enclosure leading to water everywhere. Fun fact, the rooms are on the darker side unless you catch some sun. I prefer more light. Plus, there were awkwardly placed electrical outlets near the bed. The breakfast isn't just pricey. It's limited too, so plan for alternatives.

The room I booked was beautifully maintained and brand-new with coffee and a bath, and the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from a railway station.

The Savoy Hotel in Cologne impressed me in so many ways. Not only were the grounds kept spotlessly clean, but the breakfast spread was enormous and delicious. the hotel's location was perfect, and I loved spending time at the rooftop garden. After a long day, I headed to Brauhaus em Kolsche Boor for a couple of drinks and was completely satisfied with the exceptional service.

The view was fantastic. Breakfast was sensational. Beds were very comfy. The single room was brand-new and spotless. The rooftop restaurant was good. The staff was incredibly attentive and the best.
